Principle of Operation :
"Sinex ball vibrators are essentially ingenious inversion of well known "Peristaltic" pump. Here fluid drives a rotor, compressed air spinning a ball at high speed, which produces "Centrifugal Force", a rotating vector, to impart vibrations to the object on which vibrator is mounted.
Applications : Applications are numerous, some of which are
:
Unlocking bottles, cans, caps and similar objects on or in their conveyors, tracks and feed cages;
Vibrating funnels to hasten material transfer in to narrow necked pharma & cosmetic containers;
Dislodge sticking & clinging material, a necessity in weigh hoppers and bagging / packing machines.
Imparting vibrations to moulds & containers for material compaction, densification and settling;
Promoting material flow down the feed chutes, ducts, small bins & hoppers by aiding gravity;
Driving small screens for separation & grading and vibratory test & material settling / densification tables;
And many others that one's ingenuity can visualize.
Construction :
The operating mechanism, a hard and high accuracy & finish steel ball running in a specially shaped hardened & superfinished alloy steel track, is held firmly in a pressure die cast aluminum alloy housing by a pair of locked in caps to provide an air tight enclosure. The housing or body has facilities for air supply & exhaust and a pair of foundation holes for foot & face mounting.
Superior Features of "Sinex" Ball Vibrators :
Inexpensive and maintenance free device;
Small, compact and light weight for ease of handling & installation;
Most silent amongst competing devices in comparable price range;
Unaffected by splashing water, dusty surroundings and environments of certain chemicals;
Hermetically sealed to suit hazard areas;
Suitable for steamy and warm surroundings up to 90 C temperature;
Facilitates fingertip control of vibration frequency & amplitude - a feature of great value to work close to resonance condition
for
best results at minimal power consumption.
Vibrator Selection :
Following data pertaining to an application is to be considered to decide which model to use.
1) Description of application, purpose to be achieved and details of problem/s to be overcome;
2) For flow promotion applications :
Dimensioned drawing of the equipment, i.e. feed track / chute / duct / bin / hopper with its
MOC; detailed description of
material if unit material then item size, shape, weight, etc.
If bulk material then particle size & shape, density, %age moisture / oil / solvent, temperature, its nature, i.e. free or
non-free flowing / sticky / hygroscopic / spongy / compacting / fibrous / entangling.
Problem description, i.e. whether choking / bridging / funneling / clinging with a sketch of equipment showing stuck material.
3) For driving vibratory machines like small screens, vibro tables :
Dimensioned drawing of machine showing its suspension arrangement with and payload data,
Vibration amplitude and frequency ranges suited to carry out process efficiently. Please furnish above data to avail our
services for selection without any obligation.
"Sinex" Piston Vibrators have been developed for all applications requiring "Linear
Pulsating Force". They can be used for promoting material flow from small hoppers, down feed pipes & chutes and as
prime movers for screens, feeders compaction and testing table etc..
Principle of Operation :
Sinex Air Vibrators is essentially a Pneumatic Piston Oscillator. Piston is made to oscillate to & fro by a positive feed back signal. The oscillations thus generated impart vibration.
Impact Vibrator has its piston malletting continuously at one end while it is cushioned at the other. Since impact has high energy release rate, it is very effective in dislodging
stubborn material build ups. Impact produces considerable noise, but the vibrator is run in short bursts and used for remote & open air installations. This type is ideal at places where traditionally bars and mallets have been used.
